Service
ReplyLens provides software-generated communication observations and draft email openings. Outputs are suggestions and require human review before use.
Accounts and plans
Paid pilot access provides the usage allowance and access period shown at checkout. Account access is personal to the customer or purchasing team and may not be resold.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the text you submit, the recipients you contact, and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, employment, and anti-spam requirements. You must not use ReplyLens for deception, harassment, discrimination, or processing sensitive personal data.
Availability
The founding pilot may change as the product is validated. We may suspend abusive use, protect service reliability, and correct errors without preserving a specific model output.
Intellectual property
ReplyLens retains rights in the service and software. You retain rights in your submitted material and may use generated openings in your business communications.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for ReplyLens during the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
The founding pilot does not renew automatically. Access ends after the purchased period unless you separately authorize and purchase an extension.
