Data we process
ReplyLens processes public writing that you submit to generate communication-style observations and email openings. We also process account or pilot-request details that you submit, such as name, work email, company, role, and plan interest.
Storage
Raw prospect writing is used to produce the requested result and is not stored in the ReplyLens lead database. Pilot-request details and limited product events are stored to operate the service, measure activation, and respond to requests.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and payment providers to host the service, process transactions, prevent abuse, and deliver requested functionality. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the pilot form by reopening the product and submitting a request that identifies the same email address.
Acceptable input
Submit only public professional writing that you are permitted to use. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private messages, health data, or other sensitive personal information.
Changes
Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
